c) legal obligations of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(c)),

Data is processed for the time necessary to achieve the purpose, unless the user withdraws consent.

The data provided in contact forms may include: name, surname, e-mail, phone number.

Data may be shared with technical service providers supporting the Administrator (e.g. hosting, email service, IT support) – only on the basis of a data processing agreement.

The Administrator ensures data security by applying appropriate technical and organizational measures.

The user may withdraw their consent to data processing at any time.

The Administrator may carry out profiling for purposes such as offer personalization, but it does not affect the User’s rights.

  • erasure of data,

  • object to data processing (including for marketing purposes),

  • withdraw consent at any time,
